Christian Genocide

In 1915, during World War 1, after a disastrous attack on Russia, the Muslim Ottoman Empire (Turkey) needed a scapegoat. The government ordered a purge of Armenian Christians in the Empire, who were somehow the cause of the failure, and the result was over one million were murdered.

Turkey continues to deny the event.

Media in general are ignoring the story's just Christians.
